Our premier product, is a rye whiskey made with 51% rye.  Geared towards mixologists, bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts, Rye 51 is a big, bold rye whisky that delivers on flavour. 

Whisky lovers have asked Josh, “How much rye is in Canadian rye?” Many people don’t realize that even though rye is synonymous with Canadian whisky, regulations do not require any rye in the blend at all. In fact, the percentage of rye is irrelevant without also discussing the proof at which a spirit is distilled. Some 100% ryes can have less flavour than one with only 25% rye. This arbitrary and mis-leading labeling precept opens the door for inferior products to masquerade as premium full-flavoured ryes.

Josh has answered the call for rye by taking Canadian whisky to the next level with the launch of Harris Beach Rye 51.
