Josh’s dream was to create a club where passionate Whisky lovers could come together to experience their favourite spirit in ways that they had never done before. By joining the club, you will go on a four-year grain-to-whisky journey with Josh as he crafts his next release – the Harris Beach 100% Rye Canadian Whisky.

The journey has already begun with rye that was harvested in September 2022 from behind our farm in Creemore, Ontario.  We will take you further along our journey as we distill this rye into unaged spirt and age it into a 100% rye whisky.

Year one:

• Signed 750ml bottle of the Harris Beach Rye 51 Canadian Whisky
• Complimentary one-year 50th Anniversary Opimian Membership
• 200-ml sample of the Harris Beach 100% Rye unaged spirit.
• Guided tasting evolution online/in-person with Josh

Year Two

• 200-ml sample of the Harris Beach Rye after it has spent one year in barrel.
• Guided tasting evolution online/in-person with Josh

Year Three

• 200-ml sample of the Harris Beach Rye after it has spent two years in barrel.
• Guided tasting evolution online/in-person with Josh

Year Four

• Six 750ml bottles of Harris Beach 100% Rye Canadian Whisky
• Guided Final tasting with Josh
