We are thrilled you have chosen to be part of the Harris Beach Cask Club. By joining the club, we will now go on a four-year grain-to-whisky journey as we craft our next release – the Harris Beach 100% Rye Canadian Whisky.

The journey has already begun with rye that was harvested in September 2022 from behind our farm in Creemore, Ontario.  We will take you further along our journey as we distill this rye into unaged spirt and age it into a 100% rye whisky.
